First Orders – 45-Day Guarantee

We believe in giving your body time to adjust—which is why we encourage you to take the full 30-day supply before deciding if it’s right for you. If, after consistent use, you’re not feeling the shift, you have up to 45 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund on your first order.

 

Future Orders – Unopened Returns

For any future orders, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product unopened for a refund.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected.

 

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at info@alorilife.com within the applicable window (45 days for first orders, 14 days for unopened future orders).

2. Include your order number and reason for the refund.

3. Our team will review and process your request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

• Fraudulent returns will not be refunded.
